Ariana Vespa
Ariana Vespa is a Senior Associate in the Portfolio Resources Group at Rockbridge. In this role, she partners with portfolio companies on value creation planning and execution, with a focus on operational improvements and growth acceleration.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Rockbridge, Ariana worked at ERT Group, a real estate developer, where she collaborated with leadership on restructuring sales processes, launching digital platforms, and developing market strategies to enhance efficiency and support long-term growth. She also previously spent a summer with Rockbridge as a Summer Associate, gaining early exposure to the firm’s investment approach and portfolio operations.
Education
Ariana earned both her Master of Business Administration and her Master of Management from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and made history as the first-ever walk-on in Varsity Women’s Lacrosse team history.
