Greg Stepina is Director of Go-to-Market for Rockbridge’s Portfolio Resources Group. In this role, he partners with portfolio companies to design and execute go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable commercial growth.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Rockbridge, Greg spent 14 years in management consulting at Blue Ridge Partners in Boston, where he led 60+ engagements helping mid-market, PE-backed companies accelerate growth through go-to-market design, sales organization transformation, and commercial effectiveness initiatives across SaaS, healthcare, media, and industrial sectors.
Education
Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts in Commerce, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from Brown University, where he was a two-time Ivy League and Eastern Sprints Champion on the crew team.
